Well I finally have a blog in my own name. Thanks to my friend Jh, I've got over my nerves and am on my way. My aim is to record my travels here in West Sussex, following Jake, his friends and others, looking at the many fascinating ancient sites around here.
I wonder if anyone will read this - there are so many blogs out there. I suppose I'd better tell my friends - maybe!!
And I'll want to be talking about my new little dog - a terrier - that I'm picking up tomorrow. I hope others who have a terrier will comment here.
And about a new friend J who also has a dog - an interesting person. Obviously I won't talk much about her - I wouldn't want her talking about me - but just to keep a record of our friendship. She's new to the area, so it's going to be fun showing her this lovely place - I've only been here a year or so, and have been too busy getting used to the change from living in London to a country village. Getting used to early retirement too is quite a challenge as well. Although I'm pleased to be out of that toxic hellhole they call .... well perhaps no names.
